Inconsistent. Bad or no support

Initial transactions completed. Subsequent ones failed without explanation.
No or bad autobot support thats typical of lazy AI bot operations trying to avoid human to human interaction, you knowthat horribly strange concept to an inhuman company. My guess is someone used AI to create it in an hour, hoping they could walk away and make bank never having to lift another mouse.

Dotstat hosting company deleted my airwayweb.com email accounts.

- - I can't receive emails; please change my email to edbaton@***.com or provide login.
I would stay away from this company at all cost. They appear to be legitimate but I don't think so they will cancel your account with no explanation and if you have funds with them good luck.
web.com deleted all of my Webmail services that incluted ed@***.com, edbaton@***.com, and elb@ airwayweb email accounts. I can't receive any emails at the above email addresses. When I try to login into my Transak account I can not receive your email to verify my email. I can't login to change my email so I can receive emails to provide the codes you are sending me.
If you can either change my email to edbaton@***.com or provide a way I can log in I will change it.
Please contact me with what needs to be done so I can login. Thank you!

User's recommendation: I am baffled by transack and their lack of response to solve an issue. They canceled my account when I have never completed a single transaction on their platform, web.com close my email accounts preventing me from responding to transacts code request. I was totally surprised that my account was being canceled but I've never had the opportunity to complete a single transaction. No explanation, no reasoning as to why or what I have done that would have caused transact to take these drastic measures. Any platform that would arbitrarily just delete an account without justification should be avoided at all cost. Imagine having hundreds of transactions and perhaps thousands of dollars involved in a platform and they cancel your account. The headaches and the amount of time that it would take to resolve something like that could take quite some time. With her lack of assistance and solving, perhaps simple issues, would be a great assistance and preventing mistakes in the future. But not knowing what you have done that would cause them to delete your account after repeatedly requesting an explanation is mind-boggling. As Society moves into the digital age and cryptocurrency replaces Fiat it will be a frustrating transition due to the mentality of these exchanges to not work through issues and solve problems that are cause perhaps by lack of understanding or simple mistakes. Transak should be a company that you want to consider avoiding.

Following the link on my Ledger, I entered all the information but received the message that I had to log in with a different e-mail address. However, since I hadn't logged in—just followed the link—and I could not find a way to log in, I was unable to complete the transaction.
I have made several transactions in the past and had no problems, so I was disappointed that I was unable to complete a transaction today after several hours of trying. Attempts to reach the company were unsuccessful—no telephone, no e-mail address, and the chat bot won't allow the user to ask a question—only answer the questions provided.
